Office of Possibilities hosted the first edition of their “Build to Last” event during the Stockholm Design Week 2023. OP Stockhom's studio space turned into a forum about creation and material sourcing.

Stool 1 is a limited edition object built to stand the test of time. During the developement, materials and assembly were explored with care and transparency, translating our reflection around “local sourcing”. The final set included a homemade tool (3D printed ratchet), Swedish sourced materials (pine wood), and screws (DIN 571).


A few words about Built to Last by Office of Possibilities: a reocurring event that puts emphasis on how things are put together and involves the guests in the process, highlighting the feelings of pure joy from using one's hands to create something.
